Investments made on Gaingenius are generally final and non-refundable once the funds have been invested in our various instruments (trading, cryptocurrency mining, computing power rental). However, if you have subscribed to a subscription or activation service and it has not yet been used or activated, a full refund can be requested within 10 days of payment. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Your request must include your full contact information, your user ID, the date and amount of the transaction, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your file and notify you of its decision within 14 business days. Please note that transaction-related fees (bank charges, commissions, etc.) are non-refundable.
